Please note that we are unable to process return or exchange requests as all of the items are customized just for you.
However, if the item is faulty due to our responsibility, please let us know! We are more than happy to help you with it!
If you're not satisfied with the product, please contact us. We take customer satisfaction seriously and strive to ensure you're pleased with our products and services.
If you received a wrong or damaged product, we could either ship the right one to you or assist you with a refund on the item. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your order.
If you would like to cancel a recent order, please let us know within 24 hour after your purchase. For cancellation within 24 hours, there will be a charge of $10 per item as compensation for our artists, who start working on the portrait immediately after the order is placed. For cancellation after 24 hours, the cancellation might be granted at our discretion, as the item might already be in production.
