1. Processing Time: All orders generally take 5 business days to be shipped. This include 2 days of generating the portrait and 3 days of production. The processing time may increase during sales periods or when changes are made to the order. Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed the next business day. We allow a maximum of 3 days (72 hours) for customers artwork approval. If we do not receive any feedbacks from you by then, the artwork will be automatically approved and put into production.
2. Estimated Transit Time: Shipping times varies based on countries and regions. Most orders can be delivered within 2 weeks after purchase.
