Can I have multiple pets in one portrait?
Absolutely! We love painting furry families. You can choose our multi-pet options on the product page, and we can even combine separate photos of your pets into one beautiful artwork.
How long does it take to see my digital preview?
Our artists work carefully on every order to ensure high quality. You will receive a digital preview via email within 2-3 business days for your approval.
What if I want to make changes to the artwork?
We offer unlimited free revisions! We want you to be 100% happy with the result. We will keep adjusting until the portrait captures every detail of your pet perfectly.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Once you approve your artwork, it typically takes 7-14 business days to arrive. This includes 3-5 days for production and 5-9 days for shipping. You can track your package every step of the way on our "Track Order" page.
What is your return & exchange policy?
Because every piece is a one-of-a-kind creation tailored specifically to your pet, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or there's a quality issue, please contact us immediately. We are committed to making it right.
